Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Farmington, AR, for a Food & Nutrition Services Manager. The role involves overseeing food service operations, including menu planning, food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, and maintaining high levels of customer service. The manager will lead the food services team, ensure compliance with nutritional and dietary requirements, and manage inventory and supply orders to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Food Service Operations and Food Service management
• Proficiency in Food Preparation and ensuring meals meet nutritional requirements
• Thorough understanding and application of Food Safety regulations and best practices
• Strong Customer Service skills with an ability to meet and exceed patient and stakeholder expectations
• Leadership and team management experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of dietary regulations in a healthcare setting is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, or related field preferred
