Physical Therapist

Vantage Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Richland clinic.

Vantage is a locally owned outpatient physical therapy practice serving the greater Johnstown region since 1993. We are not a hospital system, national chain, or private-equity-backed clinic group. We are a community-based practice that has grown by building long-term relationships with patients, physicians, employers, schools, and the communities we serve.

This position is a great fit for a therapist who wants more than just a job treating a schedule of patients. We are looking for someone who is clinically strong, personable, dependable, and interested in helping continue to build the Richland clinic as a trusted local resource.

Our Richland office is an established clinic with a strong local presence and room for continued growth. This is a good opportunity for a PT who wants the benefits of an established company, while still having the chance to make a meaningful impact at the clinic level.

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and goals
• Communicate with referring providers, patients, families, and team members
• Document care accurately and efficiently
• Help maintain a positive, professional clinic environment
• Participate in clinic growth, patient retention, and community relationship-building
• Work collaboratively with PTAs, front office staff, and other therapists

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
• Dependable, professional, and patient-centered
• New graduates and experienced therapists are both welcome to apply
