**Overview:**
The role would be based in the Chadds Ford, PA and the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Responsible for performing formulation and process development activities associated with solid/liquid supplements
- Prepare all required formulation paperwork.
- Preparation of product development reports and product information sheets
- Expected to prepare custom formulations requests from customers via Sales as well as in house stock formulations.
- Keeping the procurement/ingredient database up to date
- Involved in the recording of the developmental process for the formulations.
- Working with senior level management on interpreting results and designing next steps on formulations
- Working with Formulations Manager to ensure the product data and information is current and accurate.
- Offer administrative support to the PTM team.
- Offer technical support to the Sales team and Supply chain.
- Work closely and interacts with the production team regarding products that may need special requirements when in production phase.
- Research and gather information in a timely manner.
- Completing assigned projects with on-time delivery
Key Accountabilities:
- Administration experience within in the dietary supplementation (DS) field
- Current knowledge of product formulations, product stability, packaging, and FDA submission methods, practices and regulatory requirements is preferred.
- DS Production (cGMP knowledge) experience advantageous
- Good written/verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy is highly required.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Have a logical, methodical approach to work, and be precise when taking measurements and recording figures.
- Ability to work and multitask in fast-paced environment.
- Manage tight timelines, multiple projects, duties and assignments.
- Must be able to work independently, take initiative, and assume responsibility.
- Ability to take direction and prioritize as needed.
- Advanced skills with typing, word processing, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A valid driver’s license
Working Conditions:

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
