What You’ll Do
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment in line with Vantage safety standards.
- Accurately receive, process, and fill customer orders.
- Perform inventory transactions, transfers, and reconciliations using ERP systems (Infor Visual).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment and assist with deliveries and pickups as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Provide exceptional service to customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Process and track customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Learn product part numbers, applications, and functions to better assist customers.
- Partner with other Vantage locations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to products, pricing, and delivery.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a warehouse or customer service-related role.
- Experience in the elevator industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or POS systems preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Forklift operation experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
