We’re a 25-year-old, family-owned engineering firm specializing in electrical and automation design services for the substation power industry. Our small, experienced team delivers high-quality, practical solutions to major power and automation projects across the U.S.
We’re seeking an Electrical Engineer to support ongoing design projects on a 6-month contract. You’ll work directly with customers to coordinate design packages, review drawings, and build models in design software. This role involves working with high-voltage systems and collaborating closely with the owner and other engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate electrical design packages and build plans
- Review customer drawings (stamp if PE licensed)
- Create and refine models using AutoCAD Electrical
- Support projects involving 69kV–500kV systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field
- EIT certification or willingness to pursue PE
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical
- Knowledge of high-voltage systems (69kV–500kV)
Desirable:
- PE License
- Experience with SolidWorks

Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
