Key Responsibilities:
Hospital Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and social workers.
- Actively monitor and respond to referral trends within key hospital systems.
- Conduct regular hospital rounds and identify opportunities for partnership and growth.
- Establish and nurture relationships with community organizations, senior centers, home health agencies, and other referral sources.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and educational programs to promote the facility’s services.
- Represent the facility as a trusted healthcare partner within the local community.
- Analyze referral data and market trends to identify opportunities for census development.
- Collaborate with leadership to create and execute targeted marketing strategies for underutilized programs or specialty services.
- Provide regular reports on referral patterns, conversion rates, and competitive market activity.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads, inquiries, and referrals.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare marketing, business development, or liaison experience (SNF experience strongly preferred).
- Established network within local hospitals and healthcare communities is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in referral tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
