Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties And Responsibilities

• Delivering empathetic care to patients who are ill, injured, or recovering.
• Administering basic patient treatments, including medication administration in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
• Educating and informing patients about their medical treatments and care plans.
• Building strong rapport with patients to foster trust and comfort.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
  
  
  

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications And Skills

• Active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
• Previous nursing or healthcare-related experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with medical equipment, procedures, and best practices.
• A compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
