- Delivering empathetic care to patients who are ill, injured, or recovering.
- Administering basic patient treatments, including medication administration in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
- Educating and informing patients about their medical treatments and care plans.
- Building strong rapport with patients to foster trust and comfort.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
- Active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
- Previous nursing or healthcare-related experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with medical equipment, procedures, and best practices.
- A compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
