Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee management and day-to-day operations of the facility
- Fiscal management through census development, cost controls, and stringent receivable collection
- Participate in marketing activities while co-developing and implementing a marketing plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy and premium case-mix through marketing strategies
- Provide a positive work environment for staff
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
- Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility
- Administrator's license in the state of Massachusetts is required
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
