Job Summary
As an Infection Preventionist and Staff Development Coordinator (IP/SDC), you will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and evaluating infection prevention and control programs to reduce risks and ensure a safe healthcare environment. The Infection Preventionist and Staff Development Coordinator (IP/SDC) will research, implement, and monitor policies and procedures, conduct surveillance and audits, and collaborate with staff and departments to ensure compliance with infection control standards. In addition, this role provides education and training to healthcare personnel, promotes adherence to best practices, and supports staff development initiatives that strengthen professional growth and competency while advancing the quality of care across the facility.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and database management
