Role Description The Assistant Store Manager at Vans in Honolulu, HI is a full-time, on-site role supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations. This role oversees team members on the sales floor, drives exceptional customer experiences, and helps achieve sales and profitability goals. Responsibilities include assisting with staff scheduling, training, and coaching, monitoring visual merchandising and store presentation, and supporting inventory management and loss prevention activities. The Assistant Store Manager also helps maintain operational standards, ensures policies and procedures are followed, and contributes to a positive, inclusive, and brand-aligned store culture.
