Front Counter Auto Service Advisor

Responsibilities:
· Provide a courteous, professional experience to customers
· Effectively communicate product features and benefits and recommend products and services to customers.
· Complete all point-of-sale functions as required using computer software for data entry, managing work orders and processing payments.
· Answer phones and schedule appointments
· Keep counter and work areas organized.
· Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements: This job operates in an automotive shop environment. The job will have exposure to a moderate noise level, adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust.
· Must be able to lift, carry and stock merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs. without assistance
· Frequent standing and walking for long periods of time
· Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting
Professional Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Business mentality with the drive to hit expected goals
· Strong multitasking and organizational skills
*All candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR history.
