Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Team Lead with over 10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts and work extensively on Apex coding, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning components
- Work extensively with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud features and integrations
- Handle complex integrations using Salesforce API (Version 59), including REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure best practices, code quality, performance optimization, and security standards
- Support deployment activities and production issue resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
- Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using API version 59
- Experience with third-party system integrations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Salesforce certifications are a plus (Platform Developer, Sales Cloud, etc.)
