What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bus Driver (Part-time) position at Vanquish Worldwide, LLC?
The Bus Driver is responsible for providing value to our customer and ensuring the integrity of all customer orders in the most efficient manner. This is accomplished by ensuring that the department is properly prepared to support and meet the business priorities established by our customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Transport passengers over specified routes to local or distant points according to time scheduled.
· Assists passengers with baggage.
· Regulates heating, lighting, and ventilating systems for passenger comfort.
· Complies with local traffic regulations.
· Reports delays or accidents.
· May inspect bus and check fuel, oil, and water before departure.
· Must keep vehicles clean at all times
· Must complete the daily dispatch check list (before, during and after) driving the vehicle
· Must complete the dispatch
· Performs other duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Must have a valid CDL license; at minimum a Class B with “P” endorsement and a safe driving record.
· Three to five (3 - 5) years of experience driving commercial vehicles, or other vehicles used for transporting passengers.
· High School Diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience driving.
· Walking, standing, stooping, and bending are common.
· Maintain a safe working environment.
· Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
This is a civilian position and doesn't require enlistment
