POSITION SUMMARY:

Vanova Health is supporting Cotler Family Medicine, a well-established outpatient practice in Wall, New Jersey, in their search for a full-time Family Medical Physician to join their collaborative care team. Located just two miles from the Atlantic Ocean and within convenient reach of Philadelphia and New York City, Cotler Family Medicine offers an exceptional work environment that combines professional growth with quality of life. The physician will manage an average caseload of approximately 20 patients per day in a balanced outpatient setting, ensuring comprehensive, patient-centered care.

This role provides an opportunity to work alongside two board-certified physicians in a supportive, team-oriented environment. In addition to a competitive first-year salary of $240,000, the position includes four weeks of paid time off, malpractice coverage, health benefits, and access to pension and profit-sharing plans. Physicians interested in expanding their scope of practice may also participate in optional inpatient opportunities for additional revenue. Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (included but not limited to):

• Deliver high-quality outpatient medical care to patients.
• Collaborate with a team of board-certified physicians.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in patient records.
• Participate in optional inpatient opportunities for additional revenue.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives and adhere to practice standards.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state of New Jersey.
• Strong clinical judgement and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Outpatient clinical setting with direct patient interaction.
• Occasional travel for inpatient opportunities if desired.
