Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct appliance repairs and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose mechanical problems.
- Maintain compliance with EPA regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to address apartment repairs & resident needs and enhance overall service quality.
- Supervisor experience is a huge benefit as these positions have the potential to move up quickly.
Job Type: Full-time
Projected Total Compensation: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
