ABOUT THE ROLE
The Assistant Manager supports the General/Store Manager in leading a profitable Vanilla Sky boutique. The Assistant Manager partners with the General/Store Manager to achieve sales results by creating a positive team environment and operating a guest-focused business.
WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED OF YOU
- Analyzes results, identifies opportunities, and makes decisions in collaboration with the leadership team to drive key performance indicators.
- Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.
- Manages boutique budget for daily operations in support of a profitable business.
- Builds highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting, and developing people.
- Accountable for team performance through coaching and feedback.
- Teaches and trains to build capabilities.
- Leads the implementation and execution of all Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives
- Implements action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
- Exhibits a passion for delivering exceptional guest service and inspires by example.
