Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will engage with potential clients to present and sell VanguardMerchants' innovative business solutions, focusing on AI technology and automation tools. Day-to-day tasks include identifying leads, conducting client outreach, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating product benefits. Additionally, the role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining records of sales activities, and participating in ongoing training to enhance sales and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively
• Proficiency and experience in Sales and Insurance to drive lead generation and close deals successfully
• Ability to participate in Training programs and adopt new knowledge and skills to enhance performance
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology for sales tracking and client management
• Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or business development is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
