Develop an implicit understanding of your internal clients' goals and objectives, and help them make strong decisions by incorporating the customer perspective.

Develop and execute primary research based on business goals and learning objectives.

Five years related work experience.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. (Preferably with significant exposure to the social sciences such as psychology, sociology, political science, anthropology, behavioral economics, or history)

At least two years managing primary research projects

Key Tasks

Consults with marketing and business stakeholders to identify business objectives and determine research methods to answer business questions. Documents research questions and success measures.

Develops research approach and manages project timelines, scope, and deliverables. Communicates approach to stakeholders and gains necessary buy-in. Develops a communication plan covering each stage of the research. Develops research materials, and secures approval from internal partners as necessary, and reports findings to leaders.

Conducts research and/or partners with external vendors using qualitative and quantitative methods. Interprets marketing trends. Develops research findings and ensures recommendations are actionable and aligned with business priorities. Integrates primary and secondary research data.
