The Role
We’re looking for a driven sales rep who loves wine & spirits and thrives on building relationships. This is not a soft sales role—our reps sell all day long, study wine constantly, and win by-the-glass placements, stack displays, and events. If you’re wired to hustle and hungry to grow, this is the place for you.
What You’ll Do
- Grow a territory of restaurants, retailers, and hospitality accounts
- Secure by-the-glass placements, displays, and consumer events
- Exceed sales goals in a performance-based environment
- Continuously study and represent a top-tier portfolio
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for wine & spirits discipline to keep learning
- Proven sales drive (hospitality/distribution experience preferred)
- Existing hospitality relationships a strong plus
- Entrepreneurial, resilient, motivated by results
Compensation
- First-year expected earnings: $45,000–$60,000 based on performance
- Commission incentives with upside potential
- Car/phone/office expense package
