About Vanguard
We believe medicine is a ‘Calling’. Vanguard Skin Specialists is a fast-growing independent, physician-led, provider-owned medical group built on the mission to make a positive impact on our patients, community, and world. We are 100% provider-owned with zero private equity involvement.
Today, Vanguard spans 10 locations, an Ambulatory Surgery Center, a retail skincare division, and a team of ~150 dedicated healthcare professionals.
We are looking for a physician with a baseline foundation in aesthetics (e.g., neurotoxins, dermal fillers) who wants to branch out into a high-predictability, high-autonomy environment, master aesthetics services, handle clinical escalations, and lead a high-performing aesthetic team.
If you have the fundamentals and a passion for skin health, we will invest in you and train you on the rest, including advanced injectable techniques, energy-based devices, and clinical hair loss treatments.
