About the Role
The Coordinator, Quality Operational Compliance plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of our domestic operations. This position ensures compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and vendor/carrier guidelines while helping identify opportunities to improve operational performance.
This role tracks key quality metrics, investigates exceptions and chargebacks, audits operational processes, and helps maintain documentation that supports compliance and risk reduction across the organization.
- Monitor and track compliance with customer operational requirements including EDI, routing guides, labeling, and packaging standards
- Investigate order exceptions, chargebacks, and compliance failures, documenting root causes and supporting corrective actions
- Conduct audits of shipment and order data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Maintain and update compliance documentation, SOPs, and account-specific operational guides
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure processes and requirements are clearly understood and executed
- Support new account onboarding by documenting and communicating operational requirements
- Coordinate product testing activities, maintain accurate testing records, and ensure documentation remains current and accessible
- Prepare compliance and quality performance reports for leadership review
- Support other operational and compliance initiatives as needed
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
- Analytical ability to identify patterns in operational data and exceptions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and compliance requirements
- Proactive in identifying risks and escalating operational issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and order management platforms
- Experience working with retailer compliance portals and EDI monitoring is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, compliance, supply chain, or customer service
