About the Role
We are a growing Total Wireless authorized retailer operating 5 prepaid retail locations across the central, NC region. We're looking for a hands-on Market Manager based in Fayetteville to run the day-to-day across all of our stores. This isn't a desk job — you'll be in the stores, on the floor, coaching your teams, solving problems, and driving results. What You'll Do
- Regularly travel to all store locations — some outside of Fayetteville — to coach sales reps and store managers, identify gaps, and hold teams accountable to KPIs including activations, accessories, add-ons, tablets, and more
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports across all locations and build action plans to close performance gaps
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard store-level staff; manage schedules and control labor across your market
- Handle day-to-day operational needs: inventory counts, cash handling compliance, store appearance standards, and loss prevention
- Train your teams on prepaid products, promotions, and customer service — and lead by example on the sales floor when needed
- Serve and support Spanish-speaking customers and communities across your market; coach bilingual sales interactions
- Communicate directly with ownership on store performance, staffing, and operational needs — this is a small, lean organization and your voice matters
Salary : $48,800 - $50,800
