Overview
Vanguard Resources, Inc. (VRI) is actively recruiting skilled and dependable HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team at the brand-new Samsung Semiconductor Plant in Taylor, TX. In this role, you will perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on commercial HVAC systems to ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. This is a hands-on, field-based position ideal for technicians who take pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and fan coils
Inspect, clean, and service HVAC components such as filters, coils, belts, motors, bearings, drain pans, and electrical connections
Identify equipment deficiencies and recommend corrective repairs
Accurately complete service documentation using work order management software
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and proper working condition
Communicate clearly with customers, building managers, and supervisors
Follow all safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of hands-on HVAC maintenance experience
EPA 608 Universal Certification
NATE certification (preferred but not required)
Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)
Familiarity with CMMS or field service management software
Commercial HVAC experience with RTUs, VAV systems, or chilled water systems
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Salary : $20 - $30
