What You’ll Do:

• Sell Flash (instant win) games during live bingo sessions
• Keep the energy high and the games flowing smoothly
• Provide excellent customer service and answer player questions
• Stay on your feet, move fast, and help maintain a welcoming vibe
• Support your fellow team members during shifts

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, events, recreation, etc.)
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to and from the job
• Ability to pass a background check
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compliance Requirement:
Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Due to California gaming regulations, all employees involved in bingo operations must be at least 18 years of age.

This role is specific to our Redwood City Location - but as an employee, you are able to work both the Redwood City and Santa Clara location.

Bingo Gaming Days:

Redwood City: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday

Santa Clara: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
