The Project Engineer assists with project coordination, RFIs, submittals, scheduling, procurement, field documentation, and First-of-Kind (FOK) execution while working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, QA/QC, and field teams to ensure quality installations and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers and Superintendents with technical execution of electrical scopes
- Manage and coordinate First-of-Kind (FOK) installations, including preparation, review, and approval processes
- Track and manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and electrical specifications
- Coordinate with QA/QC and field teams to ensure FOKs are approved and standardized for replication
- Print, manage, and distribute labels for electrical equipment, panels, feeders, racks, and devices in accordance with data center requirements
- Assist with electrical drawings, layouts, and field documentation to support installation accuracy
- Maintain accurate project records in construction management platforms (ACC, Procore, or similar)
- Coordinate with trade partners and internal teams to support installation readiness and field execution
- Participate in project meetings and assist with follow-up on technical and FOK-related action items
- Maintain clear communication between engineering, QA/QC, field operations, trade partners, and office leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in electrical construction or project engineering
- Strong understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, FOK processes, and labeling requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with data center or mission-critical projects preferred
- Experience with ACC, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction platforms preferred
