About The Role
The Executive Office Operations Manager serves as the operational architect of Vanguard's Executive Office, ensuring executive priorities, strategic initiatives, and organizational projects move from vision to execution. Working directly with executive leadership, this role oversees executive operations, cross-functional initiatives, operational systems, and organizational effectiveness while building the foundation for future advancement into a Chief of Staff role.
Unlike a traditional Executive Assistant, this position focuses on driving execution, improving organizational processes, leading strategic initiatives, and creating operational alignment across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Operations
Base Salary: $125,000–$155,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated success.
Bonus: Performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.

- Develop executive presentations, reports, and recommendations.
- Monitor executive budgets, operational metrics, and organizational performance.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
- Build strong relationships across departments to improve collaboration.
- Represent executive leadership with professionalism and sound judgment.

- 8–10 years of executive operations, consulting, project management, or executive support experience.
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and operational leadership skills.

- Exceptional communication, organization, and executive presence.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and project management software proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to improve organizational systems and drive operational excellence.
