Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves managing and executing sales strategies, generating leads, closing sales, and building relationships with clients. Key tasks include providing customer service, maintaining ongoing client communications, developing sales pipelines, tracking performance metrics, and potentially delivering training sessions to team members or stakeholders. An understanding of sales processes and marketing techniques is essential for this role, as is a strong focus on delivering exemplary service and fostering customer trust.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients, address inquiries, and provide seamless support
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, client relationship building, and closing deals
• Experience in Training and the ability to guide team members and convey sales strategies effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM and other sales support tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with LED technologies or experience in the visual display industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently within a remote environment
