What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patent Associate/Agent position at Vanguard-IP?
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have experience in patent drafting, U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, IP due diligence, patentability searches, and freedom-to-operate studies as well as a Ph.D. degree in molecular biology, biochemistry or equivalent life science degree. Admission to the USPTO is required. Strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. The candidate will have an excellent academic record, a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
