What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patent Agent /Technology Specialist - EE/ME Engineer #19897 position at Vanguard-IP?
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have patent prosecution experience in the engineering space. The firm is specifically looking for electrical and mechanical engineers. Technology transaction experience is a plus including tech transfer, agreements, licensing and contracts but not required. A strong background and either a MS or Ph.D. in engineering is required. Experience in patent law and a background in a law firm setting are strongly preferred. The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, excellent client service skills, outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
