REQUIREMENTS
• Juris Doctor
• Must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering required. Equivalent industry experience in these disciplines a plus.
• Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:
- Taking/defending depositions and motion practice.
- Conducing written discovery, expert discovery, drafting pleadings and motions.
- Inter partes review and/or ITC proceedings a plus.
