REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate would have experience representing clients in all stages of patent, trademark, and other intellectual property litigation, including:
• Pre-filing investigations through appeal, including conducting pre-suit due diligence investigations;
• Developing case strategies;
• Managing complex discovery and discovery negotiations;
• Taking and defending depositions;
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and pre-trial briefings;
• Arguing evidentiary motions, claim construction, and dispositive motions, and;
• Drafting appeal briefs.
The candidate must have a very strong academic record paired with the skills, enthusiasm and commitment to become a partner at the firm.
