Vanguard Industries, a military insignia and promotional product company is currently seeking to add an Outside Sales Representative to our growing team of sales professionals.
We pride ourselves in providing quality promotional products to our military and civilian communities of San Diego.
Successful representatives will have relevant experience in military sales and service, business development the and thrives in generating new business. Due to the autonomy inherent in this position, self-discipline is a must. And, with our reputation having been built upon integrity and reliability, these characteristics are vital.
This is a commission-based position with no limits on potential earnings. To assist our representatives in being successful in establishing leads, we will consider a starting paid training structure and will be based upon experience and performance. This would be temporary and will convert into a commission only role once successful training has been completed.
The Outside Sales Representative will work from their own office and report to management on a regular basis. This is a hybrid position serving the Marine Corp. Air Station in Miramar and Recruit Depot of San Diego. Ideal candidate will live in surrounding areas.
