As a Outside Sales Representative at The Vanguard Home Remodeling, your role is essential in
bringing in new clients while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, safety, and
customer satisfaction. To guide your performance and protect sensitive information, we
have outlined the following expectations:
Role Qualifications:
● Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce Vanguard Home Remodeling to
homeowners.
● Effectively communicate value and sell services to clients.
● Foster effective communication and collaboration among teammates.
● Engage with residents in a friendly and professional manner to build positive
relationships.
● Develop a deep understanding of The Vanguard Home Remodeling products and
services.
● Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of our offerings
to potential customers.
● Identify and qualify potential leads, collecting relevant information for accurate
follow-up.
● Adjust working hours to maximize engagement with residents during peak times.
● Distribute marketing materials and promotional items to create brand awareness.
● Ensure that residents have access to Vanguard Home Remodeling contact
information and relevant resources.
● Follow ethical practices and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
● Represent Vanguard Home Remodeling in a professional and positive manner at all
times.
● Be adaptable to changes in strategies, territories, and goals.

● Able to be on your feet and walk for extended periods of time
