Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is essential in expanding our client base, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic business development. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology sales and B2B relationships. Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts through effective account management strategies.
  • Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
  • Lead negotiations to close deals that align with company objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that meet client needs.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding client requirements and demonstrating product solutions effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and support.

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within property management companies, construction contractors and small to medium businesses.
  • Strong background in business development, account management, and sales negotiations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship selling, project management coordination, and project bidding.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to analyze client needs effectively.
  • Experience in conducting warm calling campaigns and developing new client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting. This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to leverage their sales expertise in a growing a book of business for both the company and themselves.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
