Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, adhering to local building codes and schematics
• Operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and pipe threading equipment with precision and safety
• Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to ensure unobstructed water flow
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute plumbing installations and repairs
• Perform plumbing system inspections to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Use welding skills when necessary for pipe repairs or modifications on construction sites
• Maintain the integrity of water systems through routine system maintenance and troubleshooting of complex plumbing issues

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a strong background in residential and commercial plumbing projects
• Proficiency in welding, drain cleaning, pipe threading, and the use of hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of local building codes, schematics, blueprint reading, and mechanical systems
• Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and work from detailed schematics
• Experience operating company vehicles safely within local driving regulations (including commercial driving if applicable)
• Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients on-site
• Physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and performing remodeling or handyman tasks as needed
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing layouts

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
