Special Services Cleaner – Full-Time

Pay: $17 - $25 per hour (Based on Experience and Results)

Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday (Mostly After Hours/After 5 PM on Weekdays, Daytime on Weekends)

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Special Services Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for specialized cleaning tasks, including:

• Carpet cleaning
• Floor waxing and scrubbing
• Interior and exterior glass cleaning

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform specialized cleaning services with attention to detail and quality.
• Work independently or with a second person when necessary.
• Follow the pre-scheduled quarterly cleaning plan with flexibility, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a fingerprinted background check.
• Proven experience with floor care and special cleaning services.
• Availability for weekend work (Wednesday through Sunday schedule).
• Strong references to verify past performance and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Compensation:

• Competitive pay ranging from $17 to $25 per hour, based on experience and results.
