Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store cannabis products and packaging materials
- Accurately count and track inventory, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Prepare and package orders for distribution to dispensaries or other clients
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and logistical operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team members to support daily warehouse operations and meet production goals
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or concerns promptly to management
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or cannabis industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate counts
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
