They are looking for talented people to help them build this facility into a seamless operation.
The Warehouse Associate is a full-time role that will assist in the daily receiving, shipping, inventory, and organization of the warehouse/production facility. This is a critical role to help ensure direct-to-consumer orders are shipped in a timely manner and on-shelf timelines are met, with extensive opportunity for further progression as we grow.

The Warehouse Associate is a full-time role that will assist in the daily receiving, shipping, inventory, and organization of the warehouse/production facility. This is a critical role to help ensure direct-to-consumer orders are shipped in a timely manner and on-shelf timelines are met, with extensive opportunity for further progression as we grow.
Responsibilities include
- Help to implement a warehouse management system and maintain best practices
- Organize and maintain the values of all moving inventory in the warehouse.
- Fulfill small e-commerce orders as well as larger retail orders.
- Maintain pallets & warehouse floor cleanliness.
- Report and document all outgoing and incoming orders for processing.
- Communication/coordination across internal teams.
- Receive, inspect, and verify all deliveries for accuracy.
- Coordinate any shortages, breakage, or corrective action required from vendors.
- Assemble outgoing orders for shipping daily.
- Report any roadblocks or issues that may arise.
- Material Handling.
- Utilize pallet jack, forklift, and material handling equipment to store supplies in proper warehouse locations and record bin location & lot codes in the warehouse management database.
- Pick items from the warehouse and provide supplies to the production team as requested daily.
- Physical warehouse organization and safety.
- Work with the site team, vendors, and freight drivers to maintain dock security, safety, and cleanliness.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds

Experience
- High School Diploma or GED requested; College Degree Preferred
- 1 years’ experience working in a warehouse shipping, receiving or inventory management

- Experienced and highly proficient with MS Excel and Google Sheets
- High attention to detail
- Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication (oral and written) skills and ability to coordinate across multiple areas of the business and with external partners
- Self-starter, comfortable prioritizing own tasks and operating in a fast-paced startup environment, with minimal structure and supervision
- Material handling experience preferred
- Already forklift certified or willing to become forklift certified
- Experience operating manual and electric pallet jacks
