The Vape Manufacturing Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining Thompson Duke automated cartridge filling machines while ensuring product quality, minimizing loss, and meeting company production goals. This role requires attention to detail, technical troubleshooting, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate automated cartridge filling machines with accuracy and efficiency
- Fill, cap, and prepare product batches for final packaging
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise
- Operate vacuum ovens for oil preparation
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance
- Track and record data for concentrate batches, hardware, and units filled
- Maintain focus and productivity while performing repetitive tasks
- Consistently meet company production and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members and support other departments as needed, including:
- Assisting in the Packaging Department
- Assisting in the Extraction Department
- Demonstrate a passion for the cannabis industry and knowledge of cannabis products
- Work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing and resolving problems
- Communicate clearly, courteously, and effectively with team members
- Minimum 1 year of experience with cannabis concentrates
- Experience with machinery operation and troubleshooting
- Understanding of applicable state and local cannabis regulations
- High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education)
- Previous cannabis manufacturing experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Colorado driver's license or state ID
- Active Colorado MED occupational badge
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Frequent grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 75 pounds (200 pounds with assistance)
