Working with the plant: Help trim, break down, and process plants after harvest. Handle everything carefully so quality stays high through drying and curing.
Keeping things clean: Wipe down and sanitize rooms, tools, and equipment. Follow the rules (state and company) so everything stays compliant and safe.
Getting product ready to ship: Weigh, label, and pack product so it's consistent and ready to go out the door.
Keeping count: Track product as it moves, help with counts, and enter info into the system so the numbers stay accurate.
Being someone people want on their shift: Show up, help out where needed, and keep things positive for the team.
