Requirements / Responsibilities
- Operate pre-roll machines efficiently to meet production targets.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Follow all safety and quality control guidelines to ensure product consistency.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking materials as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and maintain machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Set up and calibrate pre-roll equipment before production runs.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any defects.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
