Key ResponsibilitiesCultivation Operations
- Support all phases of plant production, including cloning, transplanting, vegetative growth, flowering, and harvest preparation
- Monitor plant health and proactively identify issues related to pests, disease, nutrient deficiencies, or environmental conditions
- Execute daily cultivation tasks such as watering, feeding, pruning, trellising, and defoliation in accordance with SOPs
- Assist with harvest activities including cutting, weighing, and transferring product to post-harvest teams
- Act as a primary point of contact for cultivation technicians during shifts
- Train and onboard new team members on SOPs, compliance standards, and best practices
- Coordinate daily workflows to ensure productivity goals and deadlines are met
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across the team
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reconciliation
- Monitor key production metrics including yield, waste, and efficiency
- Maintain compliance with all state regulations and internal policies
- Assist in aligning cultivation output with operational and sales needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant cultivation environment
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
- Support routine maintenance and upkeep of cultivation equipment
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflows
- Support implementation of systems and processes that enhance productivity and scalability
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across cultivation operations
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 1-3 years of cannabis cultivation or commercial horticulture experience preferred
- Strong understanding of the cannabis plant lifecycle and environmental controls
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- Must meet all state regulatory and background check requirements
