Barista – Vang Coffee Bar (Quincy, MA)
Pay: $16.00 – $18.50/hr (plus tips)
Training pay: $15.25/hr (2 weeks no tip)
We’re looking for a reliable, positive, and hardworking Barista to join our team.
Preferred Schedule:
- Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekends: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- (Priority for candidates available during these shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee, drinks, and light food following our standards
- Take orders and process payments using Square POS
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Support team during busy hours.
Requirements:
- Barista or food service experience preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, team-oriented, and willing to learn
- Basic POS and cash handling skills
Hours:
- Part-time: 20–25 hrs/week
- Full-time: 30–40 hrs/week
