Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Licensed Mortgage Originator based in Clarksville, TN, with a combination of in-office and remote work flexibility. The Mortgage Originator will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the home loan process. Daily tasks include evaluating borrower financial profiles, generating loan applications, developing relationships with clients and referral partners, and ensuring compliance with all lending laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience and understanding in Underwriting and Mortgage Lending practices
- Skills in Mortgages, Loans, and related financial products
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent Customer Service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with mortgage software and industry-related tools
- Valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license
- Knowledge of federal and state lending regulations is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
