We seek a motivated, client-centered real estate expert to become a vital part of our dynamic team. This position goes beyond managing property deals—it involves supporting clients through significant life changes with compassion, knowledge, and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Support our clients by conducting showings, drafting offers, and helping navigate every step of the buying journey.
- Gather and provide written feedback to refine and align each client’s home search with their goals.
- Draft and negotiate offers with precision, representing our clients' best interests at every turn.
- Manage property showings and assist with sales-related tasks onsite when needed.
- Stay organized and on track using our Brivity CRM system to manage client communications, tasks, and timelines.
- Dedicate time to growth, generating leads for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
- Sharpen your skills with weekly script practice and full participation in team activities and expectations.
- Invest in your future through weekly 1:1 coaching, PLACE training, Brivity training, and Partner Calls.
