What You will Achieve

• Design and implement Vanderweil’s hybrid infrastructure platform for the future
• Deliver on high profile impact initiatives developing Vanderweil’s Microsoft Dataverse ecosystem - data lakes, Azure SQL, Power platform, Agentic AI and CoPilot Studio
• Work with a great team of long tenured technology professionals

Responsibilities:

• Own Vanderweil’s M365 and Dataverse implementation including Exchange, MS Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Power Platform & CoPilot Studio
• Lead a team of infrastructure specialists, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Oversee HW & virtualization platforms, specifically Nutanix AHV and VMware, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage, configure, and support enterprise next-generation firewalls
• Ensure compliance with common CyberSecurity Frameworks and Standards including NIST 800-171 & CMMC
• Manage & Admin hybrid Azure Active Directory environments with Entra ID
• Manage on-prem datacenter - switching, cabling, servers etc.
• Collaborate with the CIO to develop infrastructure roadmaps and support long-term IT strategy.

Requirements:

• 10 years related experience
• Managing IT infrastructure in a hands-on capacity
• Background with Active Directory (including Azure and Entra), Nutanix AHV, VMware, Meraki WiFi, and enterprise NG firewalls (Palo Alto or Fortinet).
• Understanding of M365 and Microsoft Dataverse (Fabric, Power Platform, CoPilot Studio), including integration and management within enterprise environments.
• Leadership skills and experience managing small technical teams.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Flexible & Hybrid Culture

Compensation range is $150,000 - $170,000, eligible for yearly bonus commensurate with years of experience and education.
