Service Advisor Duties:
- Ability to sell automotive repair and maintenance
- Meet and greet all customers in a gracious, professional manner, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Schedule appointments both over the phone and in person
- Communicate with the customer to determine the nature of the problem, and document it
- Communicate the dispatching of repair orders to the technicians
- Advise customers on car care
- Price any suggested additional work in accordance with pricing practices
- Continue education/attend workshops at company cost
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Automotive experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Basic computer skills - knowledge of Mitchell and AutoVitals is a plus!
- Willingness to take a drug test
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- A love of what you do!
