Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid‑Level Project Manager to lead and support cross‑functional projects from planning through execution. This role is responsible for coordinating teams, managing timelines, overseeing budgets, and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience managing medium‑scale projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management including planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to leadership.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee external partners as needed.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to project management best practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and metrics to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience managing medium‑scale projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification.
• Experience in construction, technology, logistics, engineering, or related industries.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience working with cross‑functional or geographically dispersed teams.

Location & Work Environment

• Location: Denver, Colorado
• Occasional travel may be required for project coordination or site visits

Compensation

• Competitive salary based on experience
• $110k annual salary and a 10% IC
