Senior HR Generalist (Manufacturing) Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts for hourly and plant-based employees.
- Partner with operations leadership to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workforce development.
- Support labor relations activities, including contract administration, grievance resolution, and collaboration with union representatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices while maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
- Administer HR programs including benefits, leave management, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational development activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting labor relations, collective bargaining agreements, and employee relations matters.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment regulations, HR compliance requirements, and workplace investigations.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills; HR certification or prior leadership experience is a plus.
